Summer Reading Program – Suminagashi Marbling for Teens

Westminster-based artist, Candace Jensen will demonstrate simple Suminagashi marbling techniques, which involve sumi ink and water. Patterns will emerge on the water surface by carefully adding ink in small dips with brush, and can be captured on mulberry papers for use as decorative paper, wrapping paper, in bookmaking or collage. The process is fun, low-mess and produces really beautiful results!
