Outdoors and IN PERSON at Putney Public Library

These are uncertain times. Since Covid began and insecurity became the new normal, we often feel anxious and overwhelmed.  All too often, we find ourselves at a crucial crossroad and don’t know what our next step is or where it will take us.
Designed to nourish resilience, well-being, and safety (we’ll meet outside the library, under a tent, 6 feet apart), this program invites you:
  • To choose a chapter, each week, from Rick Hanson’s extraordinary book Just One Thing: Developing A Buddha Brain One Simple Practice At A Time.
  • To engage, in less time than it takes to brew a hot drink, in fun-to-do practices that fuel resilience, relaxation, and the ability to rise to challenge.
  • To celebrate and invigorate your efforts to strengthen your inner resources in a supportive setting.
