Exploring Europe – Familiar Sights & Hidden Gems with Shana Frank

In summer of 2023, Shana Frank traveled to eight cities in a self-designed tour of Europe. Join her for a slide show and presentation at Putney Public Library on Thursday, September 28th at 6:30pm where she will share portraits from cities including Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, and Reykjavik. Her narrative will focus on the history and architecture of places she visited, as well as art exhibits and street scenes that inspired her.

Shana is an educator known for helping students make sense of mathematics. She is a lifelong learner whose interests range from culture and crafts to the environment and simple living. Her previous presentation, “The Amazing Golden Ratio: Art, Math, Nature,” was well-received at the Putney Public Library.

Putney Public Library is located at 55 Main St. in Putney, VT. This program is free and open to the public.
