Project HOPE- open materials, free workshop –6pm-8pm
February 24 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Please join project HOPE facilitator, Amber Paris, for two free, open
materials, page-making workshops at the library in February.
Amber has initiated project HOPE’s “Community Book of Hope” at the Putney Public Library as a collaborative, community effort. Artists and writers of all ages are invited to give work created around the prompt: “hope is.” which will be collectively hand-bound into a book which will remain at the library.
Workshop dates are February 11 from 6-8 and February 24th from 12-2.
The joining together of creativity and community is a powerful light in the dark. Sharing gifts of image and word to foster community unity is one of the greatest HOPES we have.
